LOL, through friends, the gaydar, & chance. There are other
forums where one can interact with people, not just the ones you mentioned
in the question.
*Edit: To Sophacles ^, once you get to really read Controversy is posts,
you will realize that perhaps the intent behind him putting up such
questions is to try & dispel some of the myths the non-LGBT people harbour about us. This is not vicarious living as such, & certainly not wrong for someone to ask people to look inside themselves & then answer. Peace.
Are you a social scientist or has that Australian guy
reappeared using a new name? I cannot remember the name right now but I do
recognise the format. He writes the same way & poses the same specific
questions, & never just one. He usually always inundated with a series of
questions, as if he were taking a poll. When I first came upon them this
past winter I was a little annoyed. But then I discovered he is a nice
guy, although I still do not understand the need to know all of this stuff. My response is now, as it was then, go out & figure it out yourself rather than sit at home in front of a computer monitor & live life vicariously. It is only through experience that you will ever gain any insight. The rest is all academic & meaningless.
