The closest I am to being naked in a sauna is having a towel
loosely covering my stuff. When another guy walks in, I will issue a
polite greeting and that is about all. If the addition means I need to
sit up instead of recline, I will change my position in consideration for
the new guy so he can sit down. I have noticed very few guys are actually
naked in the sauna.
The only male saunas near where I live have a reputation for
being frequented by homosexuals who enjoy public sexual encounters. So, I
stay out of them, since I don't swing that way. I prefer to enjoy a
private sauna with my wife.
